ISO 9001 : 2015
InTec System implemented and certified Quality Management System (QMS) according the norm ISO 9001 in 2012 for the first time. The system is constantly being improved and maintained in accordance with the requirements of applicable standards.
The professional level of project management is achieved by means of process management, which creates prerequisites for further increases in the quality of the provided solutions and services. ISO 9001 has been issued for: Distribution and sale of hardware and software, IT solution integration services, Service maintenance and other support services, as well as Design and development of software solutions.

ISO 14001 : 2015
InTec System received in 2012 first certificate according to the standards of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS). Certificate has been issued for the same activities as defined in the previous chapter on the Quality Management System.
Although the company has no significant impact on the environment by its subject of business activity and provided services, it strives within its philosophy “to be environmentally responsible”, to help protect human health as much as and contribute to the improvement of the quality of the environment and protect it from possible impacts of its activity.
ISO 45001 : 2018
Given the need to harmonize OHS systems by using an international standard and sharing the best preventative measures, in 2018 InTec System was recertified in accordance to ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Our ISO 45001 certification is internationally recognised and is issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases, as well as by proactively improving our OH&S performance.
It ensures we continue to provide a healthy and safe working environment for all who visit our locations.
ISO 20000-1 : 2011
InTec System was certified according to ISO standard 20000-1 in 2016. System for IT service management (ITSM – Information Technology Service Management System) provides support to process management of an organization in the area of ideal use of information technology, thus contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of IT services. The scope of certification in accordance with ISO 20000-1 is a service Management System supporting the provision of: hardware, operating systems and software services, ICT solution integration services and software solutions services for all clients.

ISO 27001 : 2013
To ensure adequate protection of company information as well as information provided by customers, InTec System introduced an information security management system according to the ISO 27001 standard. The implemented Information Security Management System (ISMS) was certified by TUV Nord CERT GmbH in 2016.
The obtained certificate is valid for: Sale and distribution of hardware and software, ICT solution integration services, support and maintenance services, design and development of software solutions.

ISO 30301 : 2019
ISO standards have evolved to allow working with documents, not only in hard copy, but also in digital format. The purpose is to maximize Document Management with an important standardization process and polices, applicable to different organizations, both public and private.
To fulfill the necessary objectives and goals required in order to adequately implement the systemic improvements that are necessary for effective Document Management development and implementation, InTec System achived certification of the Management System for Records under the ISO Standard 30301:2019
